Steve Kaufman’s Acoustic Kamp ‘07

 

I was very happy to return to Maryville, TN in June of ’07 for my sixth season as a faculty member during the 2nd week of Steve Kaufman’s excellent Acoustic Kamp. I thought you would enjoy seeing a few photos.

The final photo is of an impromptu jam with Roland White, Pat Cloud, and Jeff Jenkins.

 

I got in on this session and that became the highlight of the week for this guitar player!

 

Legendary mandolinist, Roland White, is a gracious man and a great musician.

 

My friend, Pat Cloud, is the John Coltrane of the 5-string banjo, and Jeff Jenkins is a happening swing guitar player.

 

That’s what it’s all about!
